Join us for a weekend of serving our city!

Saturday, May 16th we will be joining 24 other churches in Long Beach doing various service projects around the city. To sign up for a project, go to servethecitylb.com

Colorado Lagoon Clean up
Sat, May 16, 10am-12pm

Meet at the Colorado Lagoon Wetlands And Marine Science Education Center near the corner of Appian Way and Colorado Ave.

We will be removing the iceplant that has invaded the natural eco system. Please come ready to work. Wear closed toed shoes and clothes you do not mind getting dirty. Water, hats, and sunscreen are recommended. Tools will be provided. This is a great opportunity for service learning hours. All ages are welcome.

Sunday May 17th, during the hours we normally hold our Sunday Service, 10am -12pm, we will be out in the city, continuing to serve Long Beach in various ways. For more information on how to get involved, open the May 17th Calendar link
